Do I have to have an account?
No, you can always check out as a guest. However, should we run any contests, discounts, or other promotions, you will not be “in the know”.

What about shipping?
Shipping is included. We most often ship via USPS 1st Class Mail and use discreet packaging.

How long will it take for you to fulfill my order?
ALL our products are “made-to-order”. Please allow 3-5 business days for us to create the product for you.

What about returns?
Listen up! You buy it, you own it! If we ship anything that is not accurately represented on our site, yes you can return it. If we ship you a product with shoddy materials or workmanship, yes you can return it. Since we work diligently to make certain all listings are accurate and complete, and since we take great pride in our materials and workmanship, don’t plan on returning your purchase. Buyer’s remorse, or finding out it wasn’t the gift you thought it would be are not reasons for returning a purchase.
